Dr. Jared R. Heaton is a highly skilled and compassionate board-certified dermatologist serving patients across Northern Utah and Montana. As a dedicated member of the American Society of Mohs Surgeons, he specializes in skin cancer diagnosis and treatment, including Mohs surgery.

Dr. Heaton provides expert care to patients of all ages, from children to seniors, offering a full spectrum of dermatological services. His expertise includes Mohs surgery, mole exams and removal, acne treatment, wart and cyst removal, spider vein treatment, CO2 laser resurfacing, microneedling and various other skin and cosmetic procedures.

Dr. Heaton’s academic journey began at Brigham Young University (BYU), where he earned a degree in International Relations with a minor in Asian Studies. He went on to receive his medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine (AZCOM) in Glendale, AZ, before completing his internship and dermatology residency in Tampa, Florida.

Beyond his medical practice, Dr. Heaton enjoys an active lifestyle, including snowboarding, grilling, and spending quality time with his wife and three children at their home in Bountiful. He also loves taking family trips to Bear Lake and St. George, watching movies, and indulging his passion for cars.
